Belt feeders are mainly designed for material flow regulation.
These short belt conveyors are employed to extract material under dump hoppers or under material bins. Belt feeder design needs to consider all specific requirements determined by the material being moved, as well as capacity and geometry.
Our feeders combine a reinforced belt, robust heavy-duty idlers and frames with liners and chute work. Our diverse product range covers standardized belt feeders, as well as specific heavy-duty feeders with large handling capacities exceeding 8,800 t/h. Depending on site and/or client specific requirements, we are able to preassemble machines in our workshop and ship in large pieces to site.

Apron FeedersApron feeders are designed for use in demanding material handling and processing applications and cover a range of mineral commodities, as well as various ore, coal and aggregates.
Belt Conveyors employed in mining applicationsBelt conveyor systems continuously transport all forms of material, including excavated and crushed rock in an efficient manner over long distances, passing through curves and rough relief areas.
Mobile Conveyor BridgesMobile Conveyor Bridges (MCBs) operate as flexible links between mining machines and bench conveyors and increase the operating range of the system.
Mobile Transfer ConveyorsMobile Transfer Conveyors (MTCs) are "multi use" equipment that are used to both increase performance and flexibility of many mining operations. Mobile transfer conveyors work as a flexible connection between a mining machine and bench conveyors. Moreover, mobile transfer conveyors are easily relocatable and positionable, improving performance, flexibility and efficiency.
