Bulk Material Handling Systems & Equipment

Our Competencies

In-Plant Conveyor Systems
In-plant conveyor systems are utilized within the mining, minerals processing and power generation industries to receive/ unload, stockpile, reclaim, and deliver ore, fertilizer, coal and a variety of other bulk material within a plant.

Apron & Belt Feeders
Apron and belt feeders are machines designed to feed bulk material at a desired volumetric rate to crushing and/or conveying equipment. Both machines provide controlled withdraw and discharge of bulk material from bins, hoppers, silos or storage piles to the downstream equipment. Apron feeders are more robust than belt feeders because of their overlapping steel pan design allowing for the handling of lumpy, heavy, abrasive, sharp or high temperature materials in lieu of a rubber belt - they are also able to withstand higher impact loads than a belt feeder.

Rotary Table Feeders
Rotary table feeders are useful for handling materials that are sluggish and/or tend to interlock or mat and as a result arch over restricted openings. They are usually mounted under bins and hoppers and are specifically designed to prevent bridging or arching of material. The conveying medium is a horizontal table rotated under an adjustable collar. Material flows from under the collar and is removed from the table by a fixed plow. Tables range from 1,219 mm (4 feet) to 5,182 mm (17 feet) in diameter and are generally used for materials such as damp sand, wood chips, etc.

Rotary Dryers & Coolers
Rotary dryers and coolers are custom-engineered processors for precise control and gentle handling of bulk material. They are engineered to efficiently dry, cool or roast a wide variety of products within the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, mineral industries, as well as within other industrial applications.
